Our place is the perfect location 10-15 minutes from PDX Airport, close to Downtown by bus, the MAX or car. We lived in Europe, so we love to use public transit – hop on the world class PDX public transportation system – you're nestled one block in either direction to two bus lines and a short walk to the MAX lines. You have to visit Portland for the Rose Festival And, my favorite: The Safeway Waterfront Blues Festival (largest west of the Mississippi) so much great music. Portland's festival season starts the beginning of May and goes through October, something every weekend along the waterfront and throughout the area.
