Paradise Getaway

Relax with the family at this peaceful getaway. The backyard is surrounded by areca palms to give you privacy while enjoying the beautiful lanai complete with a heated pool, gas grill, and covered patio seating. The kitchen is completely stocked with utensils and dishes for your culinary needs. Relax as you spend time watching the flat-screen tv from the den or enjoy spending time in the spacious living room. Three spacious bedrooms spread across either side of the home. Guest access From Oct 1st through May 1st there is a $25 charge per day for heat to the pool. A 3 day notice is needed prior to stay for heat to be turned on. Other things to note There is a quiet time from 11 PM to 7 AM as a courtesy to our neighbors. No parties are allowed without prior consent from the owners. Not adhering to this may result in a fine of $200 and/or cancelation of reservation without a refund
