The B&B is located on the ground floor of a prestigious condominium, in the central San Giovanni district. The environment is elegant, discreet and quiet, thanks to its location on a private street. Consisting of 4 finely furnished themed rooms equipped with every comfort, the B&B offers a wide range of services, both historical-religious and worldly. The neighbourhood is well served, offering all kinds of services for the individual, and is connected to other areas by metro and bus. The space The NINFEO owes its name to the sacred Nymphs forest. Composed of 4 finely furnished themed rooms, with different sizes and all equipped with every comfort. You can enjoy a comfortable and functional workspace or relaxation, using an elegant and spacious desk. High-quality linen is provided. The common area, with a 6-seater table made of wood and glass, is perfect for recreation. Here, books of various kinds, board games and simple city guides are offered free of charge. We also have an outdoor area to enjoy fresh air or simply relax outdoors. Linen will be changed on request from the fourth consecutive day of your stay. In every room and common area there is free wi-fi and pay TV platforms, such as Prime Video and Netflix. Guest access The B&B is located on the ground floor and is initially accessed from the main entrance of the condominium. The entrance to the property, as well as each room, is equipped with a latest generation electronic lock with numeric keypad and secret code provided at the time of check-in. Each room and bathroom are private for the exclusive use of paying guests. Guests can access the common areas, such as the relaxation area, the snack bar area and the outdoor area, respecting the quiet hours and behaving in a manner that respects the guests, the property and the condominiums of the building. We are at your disposal to pamper you and plan your stay in the Eternal City in the best possible way. If necessary, you can leave your luggage at the B&B while waiting for the room to become available. Just 100 metres from the property is the S. Giovanni Metro A station and 200 metres in Piazza di Porta San Giovanni, the taxi station and the stops of several buses (81, 85, 87, 117 and 810 direct to the Colosseum and in the centre; 360, 16 direct to Termini Station). Atac Roma. The B&B is well connected to Termini station by Metro A and buses 360, 16, making it convenient for those arriving in the city by train or plane. The location of the property makes it a convenient starting point for discovering the eternal city on foot; in fact, just 300 metres away is the wonderful Piazza San Giovanni with the Basilica of San Giovanni in Laterano and the Scala Santa. A short walk will take you to the Colosseum, the Imperial Forums and Piazza Venezia. Guests who decide to reach the property by their own means can take advantage of many parking spaces delimited by free white stripes or paid blue stripes. There is also the possibility of parking in a private garage for a fee, only 200 metres away. Rooms will be cleaned and tidied on request with a supplement every day after 11:00 a.m., with free linen change on request every 4 days of accommodation.
