Guest access The guest has access to the entire apartment and a private parking space (reservation required). By order of the board of owners, no visitors are allowed. Other things to note VISITORS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE APARTMENT. The condominium has a swimming pool that can be used for 1 hour each day. To do this, a reservation must be made 24 hours in advance. The same applies to the gym. All of these are condominium rules that must be followed. By order of the board of owners, failure to comply with these rules will result in you being asked to leave the apartment without having to have completed the term of the stay.
