The apartment is located in the famous area of sant'Ambrogio in the city centre of Florence. Third floor without an elevator. Just 10 minutes walk from piazza Duomo, Ponte vecchio and all the main attractions. Enjoy the cosiness and peaceful environment while being in the city centre. The space ##PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU BOOK ## - The normal AC in the apartment is in the bedroom upstairs. The one in the living room is working much weaker. -There is a shared corridor with another apartment. -The washing machine is shared with the other apartment. -The Sofa bed will be ready for sleeping only when you reserve the apartment for 3 guests, or if you request it in advance (in case you're 2 people who sleep separately), otherwise, the sofa will remain as a sofa and not as a bed. # AS THE ITALIAN LAW SAYS: - Air conditioning (COOLING) is allowed from June 20th until September 1st (not before or after). - Heating is is allowed from October 22nd until April 8th (not before or after). Guest access You can use everything you see and enjoy everything that's in the apartment. Please try watering our plants from time to time while you're here :) The washing machine is in the corridor outside the apartment (shared with the apartment opposite) Other things to note #A late check-in (after 9pm) will bare an extra cost of 20 euros to pay in cash to the person who does the check-in with you. Reason - out of regular working hours. #No Parties & No Events & No Pets allowed. #We invite you to respect the quiet after 10:30pm. The apartment is on the third floor WITHOUT AN ELEVATOR, and between each floor, there are two staircases and 18 steps. The best way to reach it is by taxi (about 7 minutes), or by bus number 6 or 14 from infront of the main station (piazza della stazione 11/r) and get down after 5 stops at Colonna Liceo Michelangelo and walk 4 minutes to the apartment. There is no private parking for the apartment.
