Skånelänga with two gardens

Beautiful and soulful house with two gardens. Located on a quiet little village street with 8 houses. Despite this, the area is full of life with an active farmer just next door and a busy country road, 3 km to the nearest village (Smedstorp). Here you can enjoy the hammocks under the chestnut tree and the evening sun at the large dining table on the patio with room for about 12 people. Hike straight into the deciduous forests and Listarumåsens nature reserve on the farm trail, just a couple of hundred meters from the house. Welcome to our paradise! The space Skånelänga from the 19th century. 6 rooms + intermediate rooms/hall spaces + kitchen with dining room and is just over 170 sqm. Three separate bedrooms: two with double beds, 160 cm beds and one room with a 120 cm bed. There is another extra mattress. The accommodation is therefore suitable for two couples and two children or guests in addition. Two bathrooms, one has a bathtub, the other has a shower. Fully-equipped kitchen, open to the dining room leading out to the gardens on both sides. Fireplace in the living room and wood-burning stove adjacent to the kitchen. Laundry room with drying cabinet and dryer. There are low ceilings in the bedrooms (180 cm) as in all older Skånelängor - but high in the dining room and living room. Garden is on two sides of the house with different atmosphere. On one side in the evening sun there are flower beds, stone-paved areas with a small pool, dining table for upwards of 12 people and barbecue grill. On the other side of the house there is grass, flower beds, strawberry and raspberry plants and a chestnut tree for shade. There is also a small pool (about 150 cm deep, 2 m wide) in the garden where you can cool off on hot days when you do not have time to go to the sea. Close to excursions such as swimming on the coast, ale stones, glimminge house, stone's head, brösap's slopes etc. There is room for two cars. Guests can park temporarily outside. Guest access As guests, you have access to the whole house except for a studio that is private.
