Enjoy a peaceful getaway in the Shire! Our modern and comfortable studio is located on the doorstep to the beautiful Royal National Park. Enjoy the sounds and sights of the local bird life with your morning coffee, or as the sun sets. ⭐ Quiet cul-de-sac location. ⭐ Lots of natural light. ⭐ On-site parking. ⭐ Perfect for couples, singles, work trips, weekend getaways. The space ⭐ Queen sized comfy Koala mattress and sturdy Koala bed base ⭐ A microwave, fridge, kettle, coffee machine and toaster are available. Please note there is no oven or stove-top cooking facilities. There is a large sink in the bathroom, and we provide a portable washing up sink to use in it. ⭐ Complimentary tea, coffee pods, sugar, snacks and milk. ⭐ Air conditioning. ⭐Smart TV with accounts set up and signed in for Netflix, YouTube, ABC and 9Now Apps ⭐ 15 min walk to/from Sutherland station. 30 min car (or train) to airport, 30 min train to city. ⭐ 10 minutes drive to the Royal National Park. ⭐ 2pm check in and 11am checkout so you can maximise your time. ⭐ We (Alene and Richard) live just upstairs with our two cats. Please be aware that you may hear us (mindfully) going about our daily lives, but we are usually in bed by 10pm. ⭐ Please note that there are no laundry facilities in the guest suite but there is a self service laundromat 1.2km away. Guest access You'll have a separate, private entrance to the lower studio of our home. It's self-check-in, but we're often nearby if you need anything. On-site parking is available. Sorry, we cannot accommodate pets, and our space is designed for adults only. Other things to note About us: we are a married couple who moved to Sutherland in 2022 and are really enjoying the area. Sutherland has a number of lovely cafés and restaurants, a Priceline pharmacy, Liquorland and a Coles. You can also take a 20 min bush-walk from directly outside the property down to Woronora village, or to the Woronora Bridge Walk. Alternatively the Royal National Park is a short drive away, as is Miranda Westfield and Cronulla Beach.
