Rockholt River House

Relax with the whole family at our Peaceful waterfront River House! The Rockholt River house is one level sitting on 2 level acres with a fenced back yard on the beautiful Hiwassee River in Georgetown, TN with its own Dock! Our home is located in a quiet, family friendly neighborhood. Best of small town river life with all conveniences like Wifi. We are only a few miles from a Grocery Store, a Public Boat Ramp (Hwy 58) and BnB Marina. Bring your Boat and Floats for some relaxation! Other things to note Although our house is on the river , we do not have full time water. The river is generally raised in late March and lowered in October .We require that the person booking has to be the person staying at the property. No 3 party rentals .
