Payment is required upon using the pool. Guest access The unit is easily accessible with close proximity to leisure and entertainment including SM Mall of Asia and IKEA with lots of restaurants around the area. Definitely a cozy place to stay for business travellers , families and friends who wants to have a perfect staycation in the city. Other things to note ✓ MAXIMUM OF 4 GUESTS SMDC only allows a maximum of 4 guests including an infant/child. ✓ GUEST PASS IDs of each guest will need to be provided upon booking in order to apply for guest pass that the Admin needs to approve prior to the check-in date. ✓ SWIMMING POOL The pool is open from 6AM to 10PM only, with a fee of Php 150 per guest on regular days and Php 300 per guest during holidays. You will need to purchase your own pool vouchers in the admin office. Maximum of 4 guests can only use the pool. NOTE: The admin office is closed during weekends. Please let the hosts know if you are planning to swim on weekends so we can purchase vouchers in advance on your behalf. Otherwise, guests can purchase their own swimming voucher beforehand. ✓ EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK-OUT Early check-in and late check-out may be allowed with charge if no other guests have booked our unit before or after the requested day. Extension fee, whether early check-in/late check-out, is 200 per hour for 4 hours maximum. Any extension beyond 4 hours will be considered one whole day and therefore requires a full day payment. NOTE: Please contact hosts to confirm/check availability.
