A charming villa, restored with comfort and modernity in a unique setting with remarkable trees and ponds on 5 hectares. All fully fenced. This calm and peaceful accommodation offers a relaxing break for all the family near Abbeville, the Baie de Somme and the cycle route. The villa has 6 spacious bedrooms with double and single beds and 3 bathrooms. Make the most of the bright living room with its large windows overlooking the park and its family table and fireplace. The space IDEAL FOR FAMILIES The accommodation easily sleeps 16 people, with a bright living room and large dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped for 16 people and you can easily cook in it. On the first floor, there are 4 bedrooms with double beds and 2 bathrooms (one with a bath). On the second floor there are two large bedrooms with double and single beds. A large family bathroom and a large games or TV room. From the living room, you can access the terrace overlooking the park and enjoy the garden furniture and barbecue. For information (see house rules), SHOWER TOWELS ARE NOT INCLUDED. We charge €7/person per shower towel. Please request them when you make your reservation. Other things to note Parties are not allowed and it must be quiet, especially outside, between 10.30pm (music off) and 7am. Please respect the neighbours. Your pets and those of your friends (please let them know!) are not allowed inside or outside the villa. Thank you for respecting this prohibition. If you are more than 16 people, we have a caretaker's cottage on the property with 5 extra beds. Please contact us if you wish to rent it. INSTRUCTIONS AT THE END OF YOUR STAY: - collect and dispose of all your rubbish (including bathroom and toilet waste) in the bins provided at the side of the house (burgundy lid: household waste / orange: plastic, cardboard, tinned food / glass bin: black). - the black glass bin must be emptied at the glass container: place du belvédère in Epagne ( 50°04'38.8 ‘N 1°51'52.6 ’E ) - the fridge and freezer must be emptied - the dishwasher must be emptied and the dishes put away - the barbecue grill must be cleaned when in use. - pick up cigarette butts - fitted sheets/duvet covers and pillowcases must be removed from the beds and placed in the baskets on the landings. Do not remove bedding or pillow protectors. Thank you in advance for your respect of the premises and these instructions.
