This spacious and comfortable duplex, completely renovated, is located in a townhouse, on a quiet and airy square that has free parking spaces. The rooms are spread over 2 levels, the ground floor is accessible from the square. An interior straight staircase allows access to the upper floor. The docks are within a 2-minute walk. There are plenty of shops and restaurants. Fishermen bring their fish there every day. The space The accommodation can accommodate 4 people (double bed (160 × 200 cm) and 2 sofa beds (100 × 180 cm), one on the ground floor and the other upstairs) On the ground floor there is: a living room / bar / dining room, an open equipped kitchen, a bathroom (toilet + shower) and a desk area. Upstairs is a living room with TV (fiber optic connection), a master suite (bedroom with a 160 x 200 bed and bathroom with bathtub) and a toilet. The accommodation has fiber optic Internet (high-speed Wi-Fi). In summer, the accommodation remains cool, especially the ground floor where an air handling unit regulates the temperature. Fans and a portable air cooler are available for guest use Linens (sheets and two towels per person) can be provided at a cost of €15 per bed used, to be paid via the Airbnb platform. Guests are requested to specify their needs when booking so that the beds can be made on arrival if required. Guest access A lockbox allows self check-in to the accommodation. The code will be shared the day before your arrival. Check-ins start at 4 pm. Guests have access to the entire home.
