You may see insects if doors and/or windows are left open or of food is left out. Insects and small geckos are common in the tropics. The Reef Villas and sometimes sections of the island may experience power outages. They usually don’t last long. Water for the units runs through a desalination process. It is safe to drink. There are stairs leading to the unit. Not suitable for young children. The Reefs is not an ADA compliant property.
