Franzis Landhaus is located in the quiet village of Beuren on the Aach. Beuren is a district of Singen, and is located in the beautiful Hegau. Lake Constance is just 13 kilometers away. A swimming lake is 2.5 kilometers away. Our country house is a former farmhouse that we have lovingly renovated. Old and new combine perfectly here. Our garden is completely fenced. Arrive and feel good is our motto. I am at your disposal for any questions. The space Franzis Landhaus is a lovingly renovated farmhouse. It has a living area of 104 square meters and is divided into 2 floors. On the lower floor is the modern living room with a beautiful tiled stove. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to feel good. From the kitchen you can access the garden, which is completely fenced. A spacious bathroom with shower and bathtub to relax is also on the lower floor. On the upper floor are the bedrooms. Bedroom number 1 is equipped with a 180*200 bed and a TV. From bedroom 1 you can also access the separate toilet. Bedroom number 2 has a 120*200 bed. Bedroom 3 has a 160*200 bed. A travel cot and highchair are also provided. Guest access You have access to the laundry/dry room, the entire house and the entire garden.
