Beautiful Converted Barn

Welcome to our beautiful family home on the outskirts of Oxted on the Surrey-Kent border. This is the perfect countryside retreat, while only 30 minutes by train into London. You will have this private spot to yourselves, set down a long drive with the countryside on the doorstep. The barn is full of character, with lots of natural light, while the large garden is the perfect spot to relax, with a range of activities including a tree house to keep the kids happy. We hope you enjoy your stay! Guest access Guests will have access to the barn area only. The barn is connected to the cottage. The cottage is not included in the rental. Access to the cottage is cut off and the cottage will be unoccupied. Other things to note Please note, during summer the Aga (oven) is turned off. Cooking facilities are provided by an electric hob, an air fryer, a microwave and a gas BBQ. There is no conventional oven.
