This 2 bedroom unit (sleeps 4) is your perfect place whether you are seeking a beachside holiday full of fun and adventure, relaxing weekend getaway, have an event to attend, or if you are hoping to savour the superb culinary delights from the array of restaurants and cafes on offer at Cabarita. Located within a short 5 minute walk is the heart of Cabarita, with cafes, restaurants, boutique shops, and of course stunning beaches and Cabarita cove to explore. The Unit features 2 bedrooms: Bedroom 1: 1 x Queen bed Bedroom 2: 2 x King single beds Please note that if you book for 2 guests, the second bedroom with 2x single beds will be locked. If you require the second bedroom, eg: 2x single people staying, please inform me at the time of booking. Milk, tea, coffee, bath towels and beach towels and bathroom essentials are also provided for your use. There is 1 undercover car park for the unit and and plenty of street parking is available also. Free WIFI is included, and the smart TV has free Netflix and Kayo (sports) for you to enjoy. Air conditioning units are located in the lounge and 2nd bedroom and ceiling fans in the master bedroom. The Kitchen is well stocked with appliances such as pod coffee machine (pods supplied), kettle, toaster, microwave, oven and stove top and full sized fridge. There is also a Webber BBQ on the patio for you to use during your stay. The washing machine and dryer are not located in the unit, but are on the ground floor. Details on how to access will be provided in the welcome booklet in the unit. A boutique shopping centre with a Woolworths supermarket, bakeries, surf shop, liquor store etc. are all located in Cabarita township. Kingscliff-Cabarita-Pottsville have some fabulous walking and bike tracks, should you wish to discover the local surrounds via bike paths. The local area offers so much from surfing, fishing, kayaking, canoeing, horse riding, swimming, snorkelling (Cudgen Creek), or simply just sit back and enjoy the local restaurants and stunning surrounds. Guest access Guest will have full and private use of the unit. There are 2 bedrooms, however please note that if only 2 guests book, the second bedroom will be locked. If you require the second bedroom, eg: 2x single friends staying, please contact me at the time of booking. Undercover parking is available for one vehicle (number 2) please do not use any of the other parking spaces as they belong to the other unit owners. Other things to note You need to climb one flight of stairs to access the unit. The unit is situated in a block of 4 so please be respectful of neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 8pm and before 7am. This unit has a strict no smoking, no drugs, no party policy.
