Luxury amenities include SMEG appliances, Parachute Home linens, fully stocked kitchen, brand new renovated bathroom, EV charger, A/C, and everything you need for a perfect day at the beach! The space An original 1940's cottage that has been fully restored and renovated to its' original charm, with all the modern upgrades! Step into this light filled cottage, with gorgeous furnishings, comfortable bedding, and designer linens. Check the surf from the comfort of our living room or watch the sunset with a glass of wine and gorgeous ocean views! Neighborhood: Grab coffee at Two Guns Espresso, walk the boardwalk to check the surf, or grab happy hour at Fansea Sushi, all walking distance from our cottage! We are centrally located in El Porto, so everything is walking and/or biking distance. (Including the beach!) Our favorite restaurants walking distance are Pancho's, Fishbar, Cafe Wild for breakfast, Little French Bakery and Sloopy's Beach Cafe. Along with restaurants, you can walk to shops, art galleries, rent E-Bikes, walk to the pier, picnic at the park, ride bikes along the boardwalk, and so much more! Parking: We have 1 parking space available in our garage with an EV charger. Street parking for additional vehicles is available on Rosecrans, a few minute walk to the house. (Street parking on our street is not allowed). Beach Rentals: We offer additional beach rentals including 2 surfboards, 2 boogie boards, 2 beach chairs, 1 volleyball, and 1 beach umbrella which are accessible to guests for an additional $50 rental fee! These are all located on the property and you will be given code access if you decide to rent during your stay. E-Bikes: A short 2 minute walk from our cottage, you can rent E-Bikes during your stay at Manhattan Beach E-Bike Rentals, which is a great way to see Manhattan Beach as it's a very bikable town and sometimes easier to bike than drive! Amenities: ~ 1 King size bed (Primary Bedroom - Sleeps 2) ~ 1 Queen size bed (Sleeps 2) ~ 1 Extra Long Twin Bed + Pull out trundle (Sleeps 2) ~ 1 Extra Long Twin Bed Built-in (Sleeps 1) ~ 1 Full Bathroom + Shower & bathtub (Upstairs) ~ 1 Full Bathroom + Shower (Downstairs) ~ 1 Large comfy couch with ocean views ~ Central A/C and Heat ~ Fully stocked and renovated kitchen including SMEG refrigerator, microwave, toaster, KitchenAid Stove/Oven, SMEG coffee maker, Keurig K-Cups (Dishwasher is NOT available, however we do over complementary paper plates, bowls and cups) ~ Complementary K-Cup coffee pods + coffee + tea bags + sugar packets ~ Smart TV with Youtube TV, Amazon Prime, Netflix, Disney + (We have 4 TV's) ~ Beach Rentals for an additional $50 to use unlimited during your entire stay, which include 2 surfboards, 2 boogie boards, 2 beach chairs, 1 beach umbrella, beach towels, and a volleyball. Property Notes: -This is a non-smoking property, smoking is prohibited in units and on balconies or decks per the Manhattan Beach smoking ordinance. Additionally, the beach and Strand Boardwalk are non-smoking -We ask that all guests be respectful and courteous to our neighbors. This includes community quiet hours from 10pm-8am daily. Guest access You will have full access of the home and garage. Other things to note Property Notes: No Smoking: -This is a non-smoking property, smoking is prohibited inside or outside our home per the Manhattan Beach smoking ordinance. Additionally, the beach and Strand Boardwalk are non-smoking. No Parties Allowed: Parties are strictly prohibited. Any neighbor complaints and excessive noise after 10 PM and before 8 AM may result in fines. We ask that all guests be respectful and courteous to our neighbors. This includes community quiet hours from 10pm-8am daily. No Animals Allowed: We love animals, but we do not permit any animals at our cottage due to health/allergy concerns. Guests who violate this rule will fined. Parking: We have 1 available parking space in our garage available for guests (with an EV Charger). Our garage is smaller and can fit a small SUV. No street parking is allowed; you will get ticketed/and or towed. In addition, if your car sticks out onto the sidewalk, you will get ticketed. Security Cameras: We have 1 security RING camera + floodlight located on our front door, 1 security RING camera + floodlight located on the left side of the house, and an additional RING camera + floodlight located on the right side of our home. We respect our guests privacy. Cameras are not monitored and are there for security purposes. HVAC: We have a brand new A/C system as well as central heat. Most days you can just open the windows for a nice coastal breeze, but A/C and heat are available for your use during summer and winter months!
