Cozy house of 65 square meters on the ground floor, completely independent, ideal for families, couples or small groups. It has: - Spacious and fully equipped kitchen for independent cooking: Equipped with dishes, pots, pans, cutlery, glasses, and plates (children's plates are also available). - Coffee corner with coffee machine, kettle, pods and packaged snacks for breakfast - Full bathroom with hairdryer and hygiene products - 2 bedrooms: both with double bed + single bed, air conditioning and TV For families with children, the property offers various amenities designed for the little ones: a high chair, a changing table, and a crib, as well as games, books, and a soft rug for safe playtime. IMPORTANT – Use of rooms based on the number of guests booked: ✔ The entire house is at your disposal, but the number of beds/rooms available depends on the number of people indicated at the time of booking. - Up to 3 people: only one room is opened - From 4 people upwards: both rooms are open For reservations of fewer than 4 people, if you also want to use the second bedroom, there is a surcharge of €25 per day. A parking space is available in a fenced and locked area, at a cost of €5 per day. To use this service, you need to contact the provider directly on their mobile number to make arrangements. In the house there is also a whirlpool bathtub in the room, available upon request with an extra charge. If you are interested, please let us know in advance to activate the service. The day before arrival, I will contact you to request the details of all guests' documents. On the same day, I will send you the code for independent access via an external keypad. The house has everything you need: towels, hygiene products and an equipped kitchen. For stays longer than 3 days, you will find a change of towels in the house.
