Welcome to our Simpli Devine Casita, a beautiful, peaceful, private 400 sq ft living space with stylish décor, indoor fireplace & 12-foot ceilings. If you’re looking to unwind and get away from the everyday city life our Casita is the perfect little getaway. Relax with a good book or a glass of wine on the wraparound deck and enjoy the calm peaceful natural setting. The space Simpli Devine is a 400 sq ft casita with a large covered patio that faces the east. This makes for a beautiful sunrise view. Early risers will be serenaded by many different species of birds. Sit and enjoy a cup of coffee under the 72 inch ceiling fan. The porch also offers a great space to make breakfast, lunch, or dinner on the Blackstone propane grill with all necessary grilling utensils. The kitchen is equipped with a two burner induction stovetop and microwave. Pots and pans with kitchen cooking utensils are also available. Enjoy a hot cup of coffee, latte, or cappuccino using the k-cafe Keurig maker. Milk frother is also available. Enjoy your food on our space saving table that is set up for 2 but can expand to 4 people if needed. In the living room enjoy the electric fireplace while watching your favorite show on the 65 inch Smart TV or while reading your favorite book. Get really comfy and turn the sofa into a full size bed! Enjoy a good night's sleep in the comfy king size bed with many extra pillows. You will have the convenience of being able to turn off the bedside lights with a light switch located next to the bed. There is also a remote for the ceiling fan/light. The bedroom has it's own mini split for those hot Texas summer nights. There are 2 bedroom outlets that have 1 USB and 1 C-port slot. In the evening enjoy a game of cornhole or horseshoe under the bistro lights. Guest access Smart lock You will have a personal code, that belongs to you and only you, that you will enter into the keypad on the side door when you arrive. The casita sits on 14 acres of family owned land. During your stay you will have access to the entire casita and outside porch. We ask that guests don't explore outside of the fenced areas. Feel free to reach out if you’d like details on reserving both! Nature There is fencing around our baby trees to protect them from the deer or other animals that like to snack on them. We are located out in the country so you may run into some wildlife animals big or small. Although we try our best to keep bugs and critters away from our house you may encounter some during your stay. Pets Due to wildlife and livestock in the area, we do not allow pets on the property. Well Water & Septic Please be mindful what goes down the drains, as there is no garbage disposal. Do not flush anything other than toilet paper in the toilet.
