This is a wonderful Beach haven with an extense beachline with service from the restaurant. Guests may go for excursions to - Ermitano Beach - Moron Beach - Coson Bay Beach - Playa Bonita Beach Las terremas city has nice restaurants aavilable - Tre Caravelle - Al Pasito - Pizza Coco - Oporto - Tip Belo Amongst other. Another nice excursion is to Salto del Limon is also available. This is a place to disconnect from stress and connect with nature in a simple luxurious way. Other things to note IT IS FORBIDDEN TO TAKE AWAY FROM THE GLASSWARE FROM THE APARTMENT TO BEACH OR OUTSIDE THE UNIT. WE WILL CHARGE 50 DOLLARS FOR EVERY PLATE OR WINE WATER GLASS BROKEN AND 100 DOLLARS FOR EVERY BEACH OR BATH TOWEL LOST OR DAMAGED. BBQ is for use of OWNERS. We charge 75 dollars for use of BBQ. Before check in we will send regulations of condominium administration. If any guests break rules and they penalize us with payement, the guest will be responsible to pay penalty through airbnb platform.
