Our summer paradise in Haverdal is available for rent. A stone's throw from the sea and Haverdal's several kilometers long sandy beach, you will find our summer houses. A large villa with space for 8 people that has recently been completely renovated offers a bright open floor plan with sea views from almost all rooms. A smaller summer house with room for 6 people is also available. In both houses there is a kitchen with all the equipment. Bathroom is in the villa, however, there is an outdoor shower in the summer house. Four light sand-colored bedrooms with double beds accommodate 8 guests. In the kitchen, there are all the facilities needed for the summer's festive dinners plus a small table where morning coffee can be enjoyed. The living room offers Malmsten's beautiful dining room group where dinners can be enjoyed. A large sofa bed is also available to curl up on for a moment's relaxation or enjoying an exciting movie on Netflix on our 55-inch TV. When the need is greatest, our bright white bathroom is on hand. Washing of body and clothes is done in the shower cabin and washing machine. On the lawn overlooking the sea, a barbecue, parasol and outdoor furniture are waiting for the summer barbecue evenings. On the plot there is room for several cars to park. If there are several families who want to rent, we have another summer house with six beds. About 70 m2. There is a toilet and fully equipped kitchen. Two bedrooms with two double beds plus a sofa bed with room for two. The large glazed conservatory serves as a living room and dining area. There is a large dining table and position chairs as well as a sofa set in rattan. Additional mandatory cleaning fee of SEK 1500 The rent includes: - Free Wi-Fi and TV channels are provided through Chromecast. - Electricity cost. The rent does not include: - Bed linens and towels. You have the option of charging your electric car through our charging station. Cost SEK 4/kWh. Paid in arrears. Our plot borders Haverdal Nature Reserve, which means no neighbors on three sides. Here you can swim, walk, jog, ride, drink coffee and pick mushrooms. Or go to Stora Sandkullen, from the top of which you have a nice view of the surroundings. For the golf enthusiast, Haverdal's golf club is just around the corner. In Haverdal, you have a wonderful feeling of the small independent town in the countryside, but despite that, you have Halmstad city center only 10 minutes away. Simply a country feeling close to the center! Check-in from 4 p.m. on the day of arrival and check-out at 11 a.m. on the day of departure. Non-smoking. Pet-free due to allergies.
