Sunshine Beach Cottage

Welcome to Sunshine Beach Cottage, where my vacation home becomes your paradise. This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom newly renovated 1400 Sq. ft space is surrounded by windows and boasts views of Northumberland Strait. A 3 minute walk and you will be on the beautiful, sandy beach of Cassie Cape. This property is 10 minutes for Cogagne, 15 minutes from Shediac, 25 minutes from Bouctouche and 30 minutes from the Moncton airport. I look forward to welcoming you to enjoy my vacation home! The space Master Bedroom addition can host a family of 4 with a Queen-size bed and pull-out double sofa bed. Second bedroom has a Queen bed and third bedroom has a Double bunk on the bottom and Twin bunk on top. Two full bathrooms- one with Jacuzzi tub and second with stand-up shower - allow for the option of one large family to rent the space or if you enjoy vacationing with friends, two families could share this space very comfortably. Washer, dryer, fully equipped kitchen and all the amenities you need to feel like you are at home including full fridge/freezer, stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, tea kettle, dishes, glassware, pots/pans, utensils, dish towels and cloths and soap. A back deck and grassy area span the length of the cottage for outdoor play and entertaining with a full-size BBQ, firepit and plenty of patio furniture to enjoy the view of the water and stunning sunsets.
