There is an elevator in the building, but you will have to climb a dozen steps before. If needed, the elevator can be reached via a second entrance without stairs. The historical center of Como is mainly a pedestrian area, and there is no private parking at the property. In Viale Varese or In Viale Lecco, about 400 meters from the apartment, you can park your car only within the blue stripes. Pay time from 8 AM to 8 PM. Pay at the machine and get the ticket to be put on the dashboard inside your car, or use the “EasyPark” app. There are also paid parking garages nearby: “JASCA” in nearby Piazza Volta, “CENTRO LAGO” with an entrance in Via Recchi, “VALDUCE” in Viale Lecco, and “TRIBUNALE” in Via Auguadri.
