The Bee Hive is a centrally located, family friendly, newly remodeled 1930's home that is conveniently located in a residential neighborhood on a corner lot with walking access to local businesses. Additional parking available on the side of the garage for multiple trailers and vehicles. The house is only a couple blocks from trails for biking, walking, ATVs and snowmobiling, within 2 to 15 minutes from ski trails and ski hills, and only 20 minutes from Lake Superior beaches and waterfalls. When you enter the home you will feel at peace with a clean and tidy atmosphere without clutter. The property located on a corner lot, provides concord grape vines, mackintosh apples, and raspberries for your enjoyment in season. Enter through the breezeway with access to entire home including basement for doing your laundry. Owners supply closet is not for guest access. The garage is currently not for guest use but there is access to it for trash can in the spring through fall months. I live locally only a few miles away so I should be available to help with any questions during your stay. Friendly neighborhood conveniently located with very short walking distance to local businesses including a church, gas stations, drug stores, and restaurants. Only 2 blocks from the trails for biking, walking, ATV's and Sleds. Within walking distance to most you need including food, gas, drugstore and more. Parking is available on the street, however there is additional parking space provided to the east side of the garage for trailers and vehicles. Do not park overnight on the street during the winter to avoid towing. You can also take your ATV's and Sleds right from the house and get to the main trail within a couple blocks.
