The space Cat and dog live on premises, they will be moved before you arrive. If you prefer the house with an extremely friendly cat I can leave him for your entertainment. People with cat or dog allergies will not do well here. Other things to note Bring your pets! No pet fee. Hiking trail off of back yard. Absolutely no smoking inside the house.
