Beautiful, large sunny outdoor area, beautiful nature on all sides, both on land and on water. The space Minutes from Skottevik Holiday Center, about 20 minutes from Kristiansand Zoo. Large lawn at your disposal. Close to the waterfront, but not directly on the swimming bay. Old Hellesund is nearby. Can be reached by canoe or kayak (not at very low tide). Walking distance to beach and Svaberg. Idyllic and scenic. Quiet, but minutes from exercise equipment outside, skate ramp (school), paddle tracks and many activities at Skottevik Holiday Center. Guest access The apartment, lawn, large plot, courtyard, forest and sea in the whole area. Freezer in the garage. There are also some toys and some exercise equipment. Ask for anything else you may need and want. Fire pan and charcoal grill can be used. We live in the house. Other things to note I can probably offer small guided tours, possibly rent a plastic boat with oars for possible fishing out in the bay. Own kayaks/canoes/rubber boats are great here, just not at very low tide. In two minutes you are right out in the archipelago and sea/Gamle Hellesund.
