The space There is a main home with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms; an attached mother in-law studio unit with 1 bath and separate entrance. The mother in law suite cannot be accessed inside. For extra privacy it has its separate entrance on the side. Two full well stocked kitchens in the city of Clearwater. Private backyard with a beach volley ball court and gated pool. Great home for family and group gatherings for stays such as weddings, birthdays, graduations, and reunions. Not impacted by hurricane and have power. The neighborhood is an upcoming and diverse area with easy access to restaurants, shopping, airports and close proximity to famous beaches like Clearwater and John’s Pass in St. Pete’s beach. Please know that even though the pool is set at 80 degree temperature+ wind, weather, sunny, overcast could also make the pool feel different for everyone. It might only feel that way when it’s super hot and sun is right above. In the winter time it seems like the warmest is around 11:30-2:00pm:). Unless the pool heater has been turned on all day. No Pets allowed, undisclosed pets will be fined $300. Damages to property, furniture, households, plumbing issues caused by guests with foreign objects that cause clogging will need to be reimbursed to host. Homes must be inspected and reported of issues within 3 hours of check in to host or immediately upon discovery. No feedback will be assumed that everything is clean and satisfactory to the guests. Any damage or excessive cleaning required will result in a charge of at least $150, or more depending on the inspection upon departure.
