The fully equipped home has 3 BR all w/AC, 1 bathroom, an open space living room, kitchen and dining area, outdoor space with an amazing pool, deck, BBQ, bar, and outdoor games. You could never go wrong at Perla Del Mar! Other things to note Pool Rule • Please shower with soap before you enter the pool. • Please enter and exit the pool slowly. • Please do not bring glass in or near the pool. • Please, no diving, running, or horseplay. • Please do not use the pool under the influence of alcohol or narcotics or if you are ill. • No animals are allowed. • No lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk. • We are not responsible for accidents or injuries. • Children under 14 must be supervised at all times by an adult.
