The space Upstairs - Master Bedroom, Bathroom, Living areas and Kitchen/Laundry. Downstairs - Three Bedrooms + 2nd Bathroom. Master Room - Super King bed w/ walk-in wardrobe and small balcony. Bedroom 2 - x1 Queen bed and x1 King Single bed w/ x2 free-standing wardrobes. Bedroom 3 - King Single bed w/ built-in double wardrobe. Bedroom 4 - Queen bed w/ built-in double wardrobe. Great indoor-outdoor flow to the back yard with a large back patio for outdoor eating. Baby safety gate at the top of stairs (shown in photos). Guest access Plenty of parking in driveway. No parking on the lawn. Garages are being used for storage. Other things to note ***Children under 10 are NOT allowed on the balconies for safety reasons (balconies have horizontal railing). No unregistered guests/visitors are allowed to stay on the property without prior approval from host. House has sleeping arrangements for 8 people and a port-a-cot.
