Replenishment is the responsibility of the guest thereafter. Safety & Security- Exterior cameras include a doorbell camera and a driveway/garage camera. These are not actively monitored unless unusual activity occurs. The home is equipped with an alarm system for guest safety. House Guidelines- To ensure a comfortable stay for everyone, we ask guests to observe the following: No smoking anywhere on the property, including the yard and driveway No parties or events Overnight guests must be approved in advance No construction crews or commercial activity No illegal activity or substances Please do not tamper with on-site security devices This is a shared home; we ask guests to be respectful of the host and other guest For security and insurance purposes, third-party bookings are not accepted. A photo ID is required to confirm the reservation. Mail should not be forwarded to the property (local post office available in Buda for PO box). Failure to follow these guidelines may result in cancellation of the stay. Guest access You'll have access to all spaces in the house except for the upstairs linen storage.
