Description

Double bedroom with pool view in a 1970s villa, convenient location for visiting all of Puglia. Airport: 10 minutes by taxi, Bari motorway: 5 minutes by car. Public Transport: Bus stop to and from the city centre on the same block. Train station: 11 minutes on foot. Supermarkets, shops, pizzerias, restaurants, etc.: all within easy walking distance. It's not a B&B, it's a private room in the house where I live with my family (according to Italian law: short term rental). The space The whole neighborhood is safe and all the property is fenced. The large garden (including the organic vegetable garden), the large swimming pool and the large house keep intact the original architectural project, consistent with the Italian taste of the early 70s. The house has many more rooms than necessary for my family's daily needs, so we chose to rent the excess rooms (for tourism and for short periods) also because we love meeting people from all over the place, as well as sharing some spaces with friends and acquaintances of every culture. In fact we are happy to share some common areas which are accessible to our tenants such as: the small entrance hall to the house, the whole garden, the patio, the swimming pool (with outdoor shower) as well as the large bathroom shared by all the tenants, on the first floor inside the house (with internal shower and bathtub). The bedroom is private, with its own key for the privacy and intimacy of the tenants. It is furnished in a simple and essential way: double bed, bedside table, antique wardrobe from the end of the 19th century (empty and available with additional blankets inside if needed). From the large bedroom window you can enjoy the view of the garden and the swimming pool. Guest access The large bathroom on the first floor of the house (with indoor shower and bathtub), the small entrance hall of the house, the patio, the garden and the swimming pool are all common spaces and shared with my family and the other tenants and guests . All these areas (and only these) are freely accessible to all tenants. If you are looking for a private bathroom or a whole house all to yourself, this accommodation is not for you. There is no access to the kitchen. During your stay I live in the same house with my family. When I'm not at home I can be contacted via email or via whats app messages. Other things to note The entrance to the villa is on the main street of the neighborhood. The closest sea is about 4 minutes on foot. It is mainly of the type with low and flat rock. Supermarkets, shops, pizzerias and restaurants, ice cream parlors, bars, etc. they are all reachable in a few minutes on foot. It is necessary to climb some stairs Parking not available on the property Some spaces are shared (as well as the bathroom) Space not suitable for babies and children There may be some noise: the normal sounds and noises of any urban neighborhood or the neighbors' dogs barking. Late check-in: €15 (when it's available) Late check-out: €20 (when it's available) Use of the washing machine: €7,50 for each wash (when it's available) Air Conditioning: 20€ per day (per room) Registration Details IT072006B400073071
