It is not a handicap accessible property, 3 steps down to living room. The space The Spring Valley Ranch Guesthouse is a perfect retreat in a peaceful country setting. Newly furnished with 12” memory foam beds, leather sofa, dedicated work space, washer & dryer & cozy breakfast nook. The Loft in the living room features a full size memory foam mattress. It is a very high loft so would not be suitable for children under 12 years old. The living room is 3 steps down, so it is not a handicap accessible property.
