A 150 m² one-floor (4 rooms) private inn overlooking the Seto Inland Sea! It's a great place to relax while gazing out at the ocean! It's great to have a lively time with your club friends, friends, and family! There is also a kitchen and shower room. It is a place where children can make noise, run around, and adults can talk without worrying about other guests. The beach is right in front of you, there are few people, and you can play like it's a private beach. Clam digging and swimming in the sea during the day, and BBQ and fireworks at night! You will definitely have the best time relaxing! You can have a BBQ on the terrace of the facility! If you wish, you can also have a BBQ on the beach without bringing anything! (There is a separate fee) Introducing the Coleman Road Trip Grill, a full-fledged outdoor brand. The gas type is easy to use even for beginners, and you can enjoy a BBQ right away without the hassle of starting a fire. We also provide a BBQ set with ingredients (separate fee) for those who wish. There is a beach in front of the house and a gym within walking distance, so it is ideal for training camps as there are beach volleyball, basketball, badminton, table tennis, baseball, soccer, tennis, martial arts, etc. Please use it for group trips. Guest access The 2nd floor has a 30 tatami mat hall overlooking the sea, 3 bedrooms, a kitchen, and a bathroom. On the 3rd floor, you can use the kitchen that is attached to the rooftop balcony. One room on the 3rd floor is used as a shared house. In principle, the 3rd floor is available until 10 pm. Other things to note For up to 16 people, you can use the fixed amount listed on this site. For stays of 17 people or more, we will provide separate information. If you would like to stay with 17 or more guests, please message me with your questions. For parking, you can use the entire parking lot of Shinmaiko Beach. Free all year round from 4 pm on the first day of your stay until 10 am the next day. For the clamming and bathing season (around April to around September), which is decided annually by the tourist association, a fee of 500 yen per day is required for parking between 10 am and 4 pm.
