All new mattresses. Bedside USB ports, easy access plug-ins. - 2 bathrooms ( 1 jack & jill with walk-in shower and 1 hallway w/ shower/tub). Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, linens, and toilet paper (3 rolls/bathroom) - The kitchen is well equipped with lots of cooking supplies, large assortment of spices, electric stove, double door refrigerator (with water and ice), dishwasher, and microwave. Dishwasher pods and soap provided. - Coffee station in the kitchen with Keurig and Drip coffee maker, tea kettle, blender, toaster, and your choice of personalized mugs for your morning coffee pleasure. - Dining and living area: Comfortable, open living/dining area. Marilyn was a spunky, fun-loving woman from Montana who enjoyed Sun City’s charm and sense of community during her retirement years. Visiting her was always a great time with tons of activities available including biking the many asphalted trails, golfing 7 different Sun City Rec Center greens, swimming at 6 different Rec Center pools, hiking the Grand Canyon, attending football games at the Cardinals Stadium and College bowls, arts and craft fairs, and the list goes on and on. The Peoria Sports Complex is literally 2 miles away, home to MLB spring training. You are surrounded by a plethora of restaurants, salons, Spas, gyms, grocery stores and shopping to your heart’s content.
