Kid friendly. Beautiful, newly renovated, 2 bedroom condo less then a kilometer from downtown Canmore in a residential building. A few hundred meters from the Shops of Canmore. Great view of the entire Bow Valley from the Master bedroom (Rundle, Cascade, etc). Large private patio. Indoor parking (car only). Patio has a BBQ. Excellent location with quick access to the TransCanada highway leading to Banff and Lake Louise. The space 2 bedroom condo. Upstairs bedrooms includes a beautiful master bedroom with a king siz3 bed and a second bedroom with 2 single beds that can pushed together to form a king size bed. Two patios including a private one. Minimal carpet, only on the stairs. Guest access You may park your vehicule in front of our building. There is approximately 15 free parking stalls. The other spaces around our building are now paid. If the free spaces are all taken, you will need to download the Indigo app and pay online for your parking. The fees are approximately $27 per day or $37 for the week. We do have an indoor parking stall as well, but a large ventilation duct on the garage ceiling prevents higher vehicle from fitting in the stall. It is 68 inch (5' 8'') tall so cars will fit no problem. Bigger vehicles like SUV's and pickup trucks may not fit so best to have a look and not risk it if you're not sure.. Other things to note Cars fit easily in our garage but our parking stall is 68 inch high so it will be tricky to park a truck or SUV. If you do not have a car you can park in the front of the building. There is sign where you can not park your vehicule so just keep your eyes open for it, it is pretty obvious. In the condo is a guestbook with detailed information on how to access our parking stall. Our cleaning protocols were developped by an Emergency Physician and a Nurse. Pet friendly, but only for dogs under 25 pounds and well behaved dogs.
