Spyglass Hill, Family Friendly and Ready for You!

Spyglass Hill is a 4 bedroom vacation house situated in Coral Bay, St John U.S. Virgin Islands, an island of mostly National Park, incredible beaches and fabulous snorkeling. The house is perfect for one or two couples or families, and offers incredible views overlooking Coral Bay, East End, and the British Virgin Islands. Our family has enjoyed it for decades The house, like most, suffered some damage in Irma, but is now fully renovated. We welcome you. The island awaits. The space Spyglass Hills has a master and twin bedroom on the main floor, along with a large open kitchen, dining and living area. We also have a lower suite which has a bedroom, living room (with futon), kitchenette, and second bathroom. This is a great place for a second couple, young family, or older children. The house also features a "Star Tower" bedroom atop the upper cistern. This room does not have its own bath, but is a great place for a little privacy. Perfect for teens. Other things to note Coral Bay is the quieter, but we think, nice side of the island. The whole island sustained damage in Hurricane Irma. She is largely recovered. People are resilient and rebuilding. The beaches and snorkeling are beautiful as ever. The island welcomes visitors. Spyglass Hill is on a low ridge overlooking Lagoon Point, Coral Bay and the British Virgin Islands. While you can walk down to the water at Johnson Bay from house, and explore Lagoon Point, the nearest swimming beach, the National Park's Salt Pond beach, is 2 miles away - a five minute drive and short hike. Lameshur Bay is 3 miles over on a dirt road. The picture perfect north shore beaches are a 15-20 minute drive (though it always seems shorter on St John). Our favorites are Maho, Cinnamon and Salt Pond.
