Gorgeous house on Lake Eucumbene, Snowy Mountains

Incredible all-year-round, ‘Yaraandoo’ is a spacious lakeside retreat in the beautiful Snowy Mountains. Set on 5 acres, it’s perfect for fishing, family & friend groups, skiing, hiking, paddling & mountain bike trips, or corporate stays. The house’s attractive wooden exterior and lofty interior, with wood fire, large screen TV, and parking for 4-6 cars (plus boats or trailers), make a stay by Lake Eucumbene truly special. Close to Kosciuszko National Park, Adaminaby and Cooma! The space Three large bedrooms with queen beds, plus two single beds in the open loft area and space for roll-out mattresses. There are three bathrooms (two are shower ensuites, the third bathroom has a shower and bath). The large living and dining area has 2 lounges, 2 armchairs and an 8-10 seat dining table. The kitchen has a gas cooker, full size fridge, dishwasher and ample storage. In the laundry is a 10kg washing machine and a (shared) dryer is in the breezeway area at the back of the house. There is cosy underfloor heating, ceiling and floor fans and windows can be opened to catch the breeze. Large groups of 8+ can be catered for! Just ask - also, please let me know exactly how many people are included in your booking as this will determine linen in the house :) Note that I live on the property in an adjoining, separate cottage. I am very quiet and you may not even see me, depending on my work and other activities! I do use the dryer for drying guest linen. Guest access You can access all areas of the house, EXCEPT the large glass cabinet in the dining area. Note that the dryer in the breezeway is shared with me, the owner, who lives in a separate cottage on the property. Other things to note There is a gas BBQ and a fire pit at the back of the house and firewood/matches which you are free to use. Please do not move the BBQ to another location and do NOT light a fire in the pit on any Total Fire Ban day. Please avoid parking on the grass in front of the house steps as car wheels cut into the surface. The underfloor heating thermostat is set - please don't try and adjust it.
