This north-facing 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom home offers a blend of luxury and convenience. With a layout including a balcony, you'll be captivated by the views looking out to Auckland CBD. Just off Queen Street, you can enjoy the hustle and bustle of the Auckland CBD but still enjoy the safety, security and quietness of the apartment. The space Two bright bedrooms with sunlit views of the Auckland CBD and harbour. One bedrooms is quite small, while the master bedroom is large with a desk and desk chairs. The bathroom and kitchen are both new and modern. Please note there is no air conditioning only a heater. You can open the windows to cool the place down but we do not have any fans. Please take this into consideration when booking. Located on a peaceful street, yet conveniently close to all major attractions. Guest access You will have the whole apartment and balcony to yourselves and you can come and go as you please. The building is card access only and the room has an independent key. Please note this is our home that we Airbnb out while we are away, it's not a commercial hotel, so please treat it with care. This means there will be spices in the cupboard, some condiments in the fridge and maybe some stored food in the freezer, there will also be locked cupboards where we store our personal belongings. There will be no wardrobe space for you to hang your clothes. You're welcome to use the spices and condiments. Other things to note You can access our Netflix account during your stay (no added cost). There is free parking on site but please note that the parking garage is tight if you have a large vehicle! We have an SUV and we can get it in but it just takes a 3 point turn. If you have a can like a Mini or a Swift you will have no trouble parking. There is also paid parking (at your own cost) outside the building if you have a second car. There are other apartments on the top floor with families living in them. This apartment is the only Airbnb on this floor, so please be respectful. We do not have microwave or toaster. House Rules: 1. No smoking including on the balcony. The outdoor air intake for the apartment is on the balcony, so if you smoke there you will fill the house with smoke. If there is a smoke smell when you leave you will be charged a $500 fee to deodorise the carpet, rug, couches, and additional cleaning costs. 2. No parties or gatherings, the apartment has strict noise restrictions, any fees associated with noise complaints will be paid by you. 3. You must not have guests other than who has booked stay, the couch, floor, etc is not available to be used as a bed. 4. If you set off the fire alarm, you will pay the fire callout fee. 5. You will pay for anything you break, or damage. 6. You must not access any locked cupboards.
