Georgia Fans! This condo is for you. We are located in the heart of Downtown Athens, within walking distance to Sanford & all the bars and restaurants! Enjoy a full size kitchen, full living room, private balcony overlooking Pulaski, with all the comforts of home such as washer, dryer & free coffee in the lobby. **We are located downtown, please notate that we are not able to control the noise of the bars surrounding our location** *2 night minimum* *minimum age to check in: 25** Guest access Guests are more than welcome to access any part of the condo. This place is all yours to relax in and enjoy this beautiful city! We want you to feel at home here and would love to have you come experience and make lasting memories in Athens while staying with us! Other things to note When you arrive there is a 15 minute registration parking in parallel spots off of Broad St between our building and Chuck's Fish restaurant. You can park there and then come around to the front desk. From there we will check you in and get you your keys and parking passes and answer any questions you may have. Units come with assigned parking but we also have an overflow parking deck for any other spaces you may need.
