The communal manicured gardens are at disposal of all guests: amazing swimming pool area, laid on lawns and surrounded by high trees which create natural shade, it is equipped with sun beds (3 are assigned to the 'Olivo' flat); outdoor fresh shower; children's playground, a not in perfect conditions tennis court and a fairy-tale wood's path for romantic promenades. All communal gardens are at disposal of the guests, who are asked to follow common sense and good manners' standard rules and regulation of a condominium. Other things to note We are located on the edge of the *Cammino dei Borghi Silenti*, a 90 km route (on foot or by bike) through small, remote villages in Umbria. It offers a complete, physical, and spiritual immersion in the silence of what is known as the "green heart of Italy." Practical tips: - The nearest cafeteria is Kairos Cafe in Izzalini, a nice walk from the Borgo - the nearest grocery store is Conad City in Collelungo, just 2.5 km away. Home delivery can be arranged for grocery orders of at least €50 (contact: Gianfranco at my name). - In Collelungo, you’ll also find a café serving Italian newspapers (available from 9:15/9:30 AM) and a wonderful dairy, Azienda Agricola Carlo Giuliani, located 3.5 km away. - Morre is a nearby village (4.5 km away) where you'll find a pharmacy, another grocery store, a café, and a trattoria with pizza 'Uva Passera'. - In Izzalini (2.5 km away), there’s a professional bakery on the main road and Kairòs Bistrot*, a highly recommended trattoria. - In Acqualoreto, the bar serves international aperitifs every evening from 6:00 PM, especially on Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays. - In Civitella del Lago, don’t miss Trattoria Da Cencio, located on a terrace with breathtaking views over the Tiber Valley.
