In this quiet accommodation with a spacious terrace and views of the richly planted garden, you can retreat and really relax. In 10'you can walk to the beach and is in a few minutes on the main street Mbour-Joal. 1.5 km from the property is Teranga Beach where you can get good food at fair prices by feet in the sand. If you prefer authentic Senegal to the tourist resorts, Warang is the place to be. The space The property was built in 2015 and is well maintained and provided with many details. The garden and chirping of the birds lets you breathe and unwind. On the spacious terrace you can relax. The kitchen is modernly equipped with high quality appliances and has an electric oven and a stove (electric and gas). Everything you need for cooking is there. In the living room there is a cozy sofa corner in typical African style as well as books to browse. The bedroom is air conditioned and has direct access to the bathroom with shower. There is also a built-in shelf for clothes. The studio is ideal for work. Internet is available and included in the price. For the electricity, depending on the use of the air conditioning and length of the stay, the card must occasionally be recharged (contact Francois). The electricity costs are taken care of by the guest, as they vary depending on the use of the devices. Behind the house there is a room with washing machine and another toilet for guests and the night watchman. There is also an outdoor shower as well as the clothesline line. A stairway leads onto the roof terrace where you can sunbathe. On request, someone can come to clean/wash (5000 CFA = approx. 7.50 euros/assignment) Guest access My husband and I are not on site during your stay. Francois the night watchman will welcome you and hand over the keys. He only speaks French and Wolof. We are available if translation is required. Other things to note In Senegal, unfortunately, there may occasionally be short-term outages of electricity and / or water. There is a water reservoir on the rooftop. It also makes sense to be prepared with a 10 liter water canister and a power bank. We are unable to influence such matters, so we ask that you do not include them in the review of the stay. As usual in Senegal, a night watchman is present for safety and sleeps in a separate room at the property. He also takes care of the garden. If you would like to do without his presence during your stay, please do so.
