Villa Alara ,the ultimate relaxation destination in Islamlar village. 20 minutes drive from Kalkan , 20 min drive to local beaches including Patara. Very Private, luxurious and family friendly. Outside is the magnificent pool terrace, with large infinity pool and jacuzzi. Beautiful garden , bbq kitchen,lots of shaded seating ,seperate games room. large roof terrace with seating from which to admire the spectacular views of the lush green rural valley and Patara beach in the distance. The space our villa is very spacious and family friendly! There are 5 large bedrooms all ensuite, a seperate toilet near front door. seperate games room with own bathroom and sofa beds, kitchenette and seperate wifi. Outisde a large infinity pool , garden, outdoor kitchen, stone bbq and mobile bbq , shaded turkish seating area. There is a heated pool system that is only used in colder months this is a extra charge per week. and needs 3 days to heat up. Sunny one double bedroom on ground level next to lounge and is accessible for elderly and wheelchair users. there are large patio doors that lead onto the large pool terrace. The kitchen is very well equipped with a open plan lounge and dining area for 10-12, with two baby highchairs. There is a baby cot with toys , changing mats and toddler toilet seats. Very spacious , airy large bedrooms are king size beds, two twin bedrooms. all upstairs with a shared balcony that has seating and amazing sea and pool views . large roof terrace for the best sea views. sunbeds and family size table and chairs whuch is a nice quiet place to relax. Lots of family entertainment with a table tennis and basketball area to side of house. toy box with pool inflatables, footballs, etc. There is a large generator, a essential facility to avoid power cuts in area which most villas do not offer. large comfortable lounge with tv with netflix and firestick, books, chess and board games. large selection of tea and coffee , spices, basic condiments, are all provided free for guests to use the well equipped kitchen. A very spacious , comfortable family villa for a perfect holiday! Guest access all areas free to use. very private area and not overlooked or disturbed by noise. Other things to note The villa is in a beautiful and peaceful location of Islamlar. it is in a very rural area and you do need a car to enjoy the area .It is easy to get to the local town Kalkan, Patara beach, and Kas within 15-20 mins driving. Taxis are also very easy to call and cheap but if you are going out every day a car is a good choice.There are only buses in main towns, kalkan, kas, fethiye. Pleaae note the roads may be a bit uneven on way to villa, we are located at top of village very high up in the mountains with magnificent views. THere is also no street lighting at night. The pool can be heated at an extra cost, and usually only necessary in colder months april, may, late october. Advance notice is required as it needs 3/4 days to heat up. There is a generator which only comes on if a power cut in area which can be frequent in the summer . This is a bit noisy but it is a very useful extra facility to keep everything working in the villa. The pool is cleaned daily early morning, and a local maintanance team to help if anything stops working. The villa is very private and not overlooked, it is suitable for halal families.
