Casa Ritmo do Mar

Relax and unwind in this peaceful and stylish house 200 m from the sea. The space February 2022 we took a walk in an area we had not been to before and we found that area so beautiful that we both thought, "Suppose you could live here." And yes, six months later we moved! The house is very quiet and is about 200 m from the sea. You often smell and hear the sea and it is cooler there in the summer. It is located on a dead-end road and on the edge of the Ria Formosa. The only thing you hear are the birds and once every 50 minutes (and not at night) a train passes by. The Ria Formosa is a tidal area of 60 km long between Faro and Cacela Velha. You can step into the nature reserve from our house. Via the Ecovia, you can walk to Praia dos Cavacos within 15 minutes, or you can cycle to Praia da Fuseta Ria within 15 minutes. These are both beaches in the tidal area, so they are very suitable for small children. There are many beautiful islands with beaches off the coast, such as Ilha do Farol and Ilha da Culatra (which together actually form one island), Ilha da Armona, Ilha de Tavira and Ilha de Cabanas and Ilha da Fábrica. From Fábrica, Cabanas, Tavira, Quatro Aguas, Fuseta, Olhão and Faro, boats (or small boats) depart for the islands. The apartment, together with the house, is part of Ritmo do Mar and has its own entrance and its own terrace and therefore has maximum privacy. Only the garden and the roof are shared.
