The space THE SPACE: Enjoy the charm of historic Rossville with downtown Chattanooga just 10 minutes away! This updated unit blends modern style with original character. Surrounded by nature and near top outdoor spots, it’s the perfect base for your adventure. Note: This 100-year-old home has some quirks—like a soft floor spot, cracked bathroom tile, and water that may run brown briefly at first (likely due to old pipes). A few aging deck boards are also scheduled for replacement (safe, just worn). SLEEP LIKE A KING: Comfortably sleeps 4 adults and 2 children with 1 KING bed, 2 Twin beds, and 2 small sleeper sofas. All beds come with cool cotton sheets and super comfy mattresses. EAT YOUR HEART OUT: Fully stocked kitchen with all the basics you need to cook your favorite meals. Enjoy your coffee with provided creamer, plus seating for the whole group. RELAX + ENJOY: Stretch out in the open living, dining, and kitchen area or unwind in the den. Other things to note *There are Ring Security Cameras on the front & back side of the property. This is for your safety and to ensure no parties are happening. Not an ideal party house. **Sleeps 4 Adults & 2 Children Comfortably. Or 6 Adults if 2 are willing to sleep on the futon sofas ;) *Entrance is through the back alley. You'll see a blue community center building, take the alley to the left right after that building. The property will be on your right, with blue doors, a large wooden light pole in the middle of the parking area, a river rock parking pad, and a large "B" underneath a deck light. Note for managing your expectations: as you can see, this home is over 100 years old, and as you may know with historic homes you are bound to find a pest break-in on occasion (especially when the weather turns cold). Rest assured, we do our absolute best to take care of unwanted guests: we are on regularly scheduled pest control maintenance, and our house is professionally cleaned after every guest to ensure top sanitary conditions. Despite this, we have the occasional bug break-in. We give you full permission to evict any rogue intruders.
