Private, cozy downstairs 1 bed suite in a quiet, hilltop neighborhood. Close to the airport! King bed with a large walk in closet. Fully equipped kitchen with coffee makers, hot water kettle, fridge, dishwasher, microwave. Smart TV in living room with a fold-out couch to sleep another 2 guests. Queen air mattress also available upon request. Full laundry available to you. We are close to the airport and downtown, easy to get around the city! Enter a private detached unit in a beautiful home on a large lot in a serene neighborhood. Private washer/dryer upon entrance, only our professional cleaners may occasionally use it, but the above guests have their own as well. Fully equipped kitchen stocked with all the essentials: Keurig, 4-cup drip coffee machine, hot water kettle, pots and pans, colander, cutting boards, plates, bowls, cutlery, toaster, microwave, oven, electric stovetop, large refrigerator-freezer, under-sink trash can with ample cleaning supplies and extras. We provide tea & coffee. The dining area comfortably seats 4 guests and we always leave out a few packaged snacks and water bottles for your convenience. A spacious living room has a pull out couch and extra seating, we have a queen air mattress available upon request. Smart TV comes with Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, Prime Video and more. There is a heater/fan available as well that you're welcome to move around during your stay. Board games, puzzles, and variety of travel and children's books available. Bedroom has a king sized bed and large walk in closet with a remote-controlled electric fireplace for your comfort. We've recently replaced all windows in the unit for maximum security and temperature control. There is a brand new Graco Pack 'n Play Portable Playard crib ready for use as well that you can move around the space easily. Spacious bathroom with a full tub/shower and plenty of storage space. We offer extra towels and linens for your use along with shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hand soap, lotion, and a hair dryer. We have plenty of parking space in the front of the house and please check photos to see an image, park on the left side in front. The guests using the top part of the home are supposed to park on the driveway, leaving you plenty of space for 2 cars. We are very accommodating for flexible check in/check out times, please request in advance. We also are happy to store your items in our shed if you’d like to drop them off early or keep them after you’ve checked out while you explore the city. The property is built in the 1940s and therefore the floors occasionally squeak when walking on them, we ask the guests above to be mindful and we hope this is not too much of a disturbance to you. Please let us know if you have any special requests, we are happy to accommodate you to ensure a comfortable stay! Guest access Your entrance is private and the backyard is shared space. Other things to note We offer extra pillows and linens for additional guests but if you have a specific request please let us know. Please do NOT use the fireplace for any reason, for everyone’s safety. We aim to keep it at a comfortable temperature at all times and provide a portable heater/fan as well as an electric fireplace in the bedroom and a standing fan. Our home was built in the 1940's and as such the floor boards occasionally creak when we walk on them. We do our best to walk lightly and be mindful of your peace & quiet.
