VILLA KAWAZU -Mori- is a fully private house located just a 3-minute walk from Kawazu Nanadaru, also known as Kawazu Seven Falls, a highly popular tourist destination. Nestled amidst mountains, a river, and waterfalls, this location offers abundant opportunities for nature-based activities. The outdoor bath features a natural hot spring, providing a delightful way to relax and unwind. There is available parking space for up to 4 cars. The space *HOUSE The layout of this house is 3LDK, featuring 3 bedrooms, a bathroom, and 2 toilets. Please feel free to utilize the provided amenities, which include a microwave, gas stoves, fridge, pots, and an oven toaster. *BEDROOM Bedrooms and bedding arrangements are as follows. 2F bedroom#1: 3 single beds, 2 Japanese mattresses(Futon) 2F bedroom#2: 1queen bed 2F bedroom#3: 1queen bed *Queen beds are for 2 people. Up to 9 guests can stay. *AMENITIES We provide the following amenities as standard:
Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, face wash, towels, toothbrushes, hair combs, a hair dryer, cotton swabs, a razor, and other amenities. We provide a set of bath towel and face towel for each guest. You can reuse them by using the washing machine. *KITCHEN We provide seasonings such as salt, pepper, soy sauce, and cooking oil, as well as kitchen appliances such as a fridge, a microwave, a rice cooker, pans, pots, bowls, cutting boards, cutting knives, a strainer, a peeler, ladles, a grater, and more. For the tablewares, there are plates, cutleries, cups, glasses, wine glasses, bowls, chopsticks and more. ■PROJECTOR You can enjoy Amazon Prime Video, Netflix, and YouTube. However, we will discontinue providing Netflix and Amazon Prime accounts as of January 5, 2026. You will still be able to enjoy movies and videos within the facility, but please log in using your own account when viewing. Additionally, if using our company account, you will not be able to view paid content. Therefore, if you wish to view paid content, please prepare your own account. Guest access There are no prohibited areas on this premises. Other things to note ++Available check-in time++ Check-in time is from 16:00 to 22:00. We cannot respond to any problems related to check-in after 22:00. ++About changing the number of guests++ We do not have a room charge system, so even if you are within the maximum number of guests, the price will change according to the number of guests. If there is a change in the number of guests, please contact us at least one day prior to your stay. In addition, if you are only using the facilities for a BBQ or other event and not staying overnight, you will still be charged the usual additional fee. ++Doggy fee ++ Only small dogs are allowed to stay. It takes approximately a 10-minute by car. ++BBQ++ Barbecue (BBQ) activities are not permitted on the premises, and the use of personal BBQ equipment is also prohibited. ++Taxi++ Please note that there are no taxis available in this area after 5 PM. ++Number of guests++ If any change of number of guests happens, please let us know. In case of change of guests happens without notifying us, we will charge fee of additional guest and 1.5 times of the total fee of stay. ++Smoking++ Smoking is strictly prohibited within the building. Smoking area is limited on the balcony only. In case any guest smokes in the building, we will fine 80,000 JPY. ++ About the natural environment ++ The property is located in a rich natural environment, so you can see wild birds, squirrels, and other animals such as beetles. Although we take measures to prevent insects from entering the rooms, it is difficult to prevent them completely, so we do not recommend guests who are not fond of insects to stay at the hotel. We apologize for the inconvenience and ask for your understanding. ++Caution++ If there is any damage or loss to the belongings, walls, floors, furniture, or other items in the house during your stay, we will charge you for the full cost of restoration.
