Independent room of 30 m2 available for up to 4 people. It is in a workshop on the 1st floor accessible by a staircase. The shower, sink and toilet are at the end of the room, separated by a small partition. Dishes, coffee maker and microwave available. 2 sofa beds. A curtain separates the two beds. Very bright with two windows. It is located near the N12 between Ernée and Fougères. Bath towels not provided Other things to note A heated indoor pool can be available for a fee. Booking can be made on the Swimmy website or by me. Rates: minimum of 2 hours: 5 euros per person/hour half price for children under 10 years old.
