On Piazza San Giuseppe in front of the Municipal Theater, 200 meters from Piazza Duomo and 150 meters from the sea where you can swim in a free solarium or at the equipped Neptune Solarium. Guests can enjoy the quiet courtyard where they can eat, read and play with children safely as it is closed with a door. The space The 80 sqm apartment (65 + 15 private courtyard area) completely restored in May 2023 (I recommend reading the reviews beyond this date) in an ancient building. In the restoration, we cleaned the stone arches, enhanced the original building materials, such as the Modica stone floor (the same as in Piazza Duomo) and the old breathable plaster. Some furniture also dates back to the early 20th century, such as in the bathroom where the base of the sink is in pink marble from Verona. It can comfortably accommodate 6 people as it has 2 bedrooms and a small room with a full-size double sofa bed where the roller blind that closes the living room also becomes a screen for video projection. In addition, there is a living room with a table to which you can add another and dine with many people. The kitchen is complete with every utensil for cooking comfortably and the large bathroom is equipped with comfortable closets. There is free Wi-Fi and 2 hot and cold air conditioners. However, the real living room of the house is the quiet courtyard, with an area of exclusive use, where you can eat both day and night with a pleasant climate all year round. The courtyard is closed by a door that makes it ideal for children who do not run the risk of going out into the street alone. On Piazza San Giuseppe there is a garage where you can park the car for 15/20 euros per night. There is no shortage of amenities such as a video intercom, a laundry room with a washer-dryer, an iron with an ironing board, and much more.
