The space Ca Barret has been completely renovated by us, respecting its structure, typical of a traditional period town house, with its wide walls, high ceilings, original wooden beams, period furniture and floors. Ca Barret is the perfect place to disconnect from the city and enjoy a relaxing and authentic holiday in a unique rural environment. Some of its rooms have been decorated respecting the tradition of Valencian town houses. In addition, we have added all the possible amenities to make your stay even more pleasant, such as free Wi-Fi, heating, a fully equipped kitchen so you can prepare your own meals. The rooms of the house are distributed over two floors: the main and the first. - The MAIN FLOOR: With access from the street, it is composed of a large open-plan room, characteristic of the old architecture of period town houses, in which is located: the entrance of the house, a large living/dining room, the patio at the back. of the house that fills the entire interior with light, two bedrooms, the kitchen and a bathroom. -The LIVING ROOM is the perfect room to enjoy a good meal with family or friends, or simply to relax on one of the comfortable two- and three-seater sofas, while enjoying a movie or a television program. The dining table is extendable and can comfortably accommodate up to six people. Without a doubt, this room is one of the most outstanding spaces on the main floor, which perfectly combines tradition in its design and decoration. - The KITCHEN is one of the most important places in a house, and this renovated and equipped kitchen is no exception, a magical haven of light and functionality awaits in it. It has a dining area, with everything you need to prepare and enjoy your favorite meals. It has an extendable table for 6 people, making it perfect for family gatherings or dinners with friends in a cozy and relaxed atmosphere. Equipped with all household items, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, microwave, mixer, food processor, juicer, dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer, induction hob, oven and extractor hood. Even the little ones at home have their own set of plates and cutlery and a high chair so they can enjoy their meals like adults. The kitchen dining area has two large windows and a door with direct access to the CENTRAL PATIO of the house, which makes the room very bright and cozy. Imagine enjoying breakfast, lunch or dinner surrounded by the rustling of birds and the warm morning sun. A true delight! In the central patio, you will find the washing machine, with everything you need to care for clothes. There's even a shopkeeper, tongs and detergent so you don't have to worry about a thing. The BATHROOM, completely new and adapted to current needs and respecting the original architecture and distribution (we must not forget that in the old town houses the construction of small bathrooms and toilets was typical), has a 1.70 m shower, sink, toilet (does not have a bidet). With gel, shampoo, dryer, hair straightener and towels, always available. On this floor there are 2 ROOMS: The First Room, exterior, with a 1.35 x 1.90 double bed and wardrobe, has an old mobila wood window that overlooks the street and with original period furniture and decorative pieces. In this room you can have a travel cot or mini cot (both on request). The Second Room, consisting of a trundle bed, with the possibility of two 90 x 1.90 beds. It is a small and cozy room, interior, with simple decoration, with an exterior closet and mirror. Perfect for families traveling with children and adapted to all possible comforts and needs. - On the first floor:, There are two bedrooms, a large living room, a toilet, the terrace/solarium and the Chillout area, which connects directly to the garage. From this floor, you have access to the roof terrace, where the reading area is located, with views of the living room and its original period beam ceilings.
