Welcome to The Johnstown Coterie, a charming historical home just steps from downtown Johnstown, Ohio! From relaxation to celebrations, this spacious 2,500-square-foot 5-bedroom retreat is the perfect getaway for whatever your needs may be. Decorated with a mix of vintage and modern, this unique space will be one to remember! The space This historic home has ample space to gather and relax, including a large family room with custom FRAME TV, front sitting room, and downstairs parlor. The dining room has a custom-made table that seats 12 to dine, or can be converted into an amazing crafters table! While the kitchen has been updated, there is unfortunately no dishwasher. The first floor hosts a full bed with a renovated en suite. The upstairs hosts an additional 4 bedrooms, each with its own closet or hooks and baskets to store clothes for your stay. There is a full bathroom upstairs, as well as a spacious landing area. The hallway has a cozy sitting area and a gallery wall of historic Johnstown photos to enjoy. We want The Coterie to be a space to unwind and unplug. For this reason, there are no tv's in the bedrooms, but WIFI is available throughout the entire house. Guest access Guests will have access to the first and second floor of the property. Other things to note Laundry is located in the basement and can be used for an additional fee.
