Welcome to The Tiny House at Belmont Park! A camper/ RV converted into a Tiny House in Cranston/ Warwick's Belmont Park area. This Tiny home camper is very very Tiny! 1-2 guests max. It's equipped 1 full sized bed. Tiny kitchenette/ coffee station area, camping style toilet. It also includes high speed wifi, and roku smart tv. Great affordable option for a quick stay. 5 mins to the airport and i95. 10 min to downtown Providence. DRY LISTING NO WATER. Small container for hand washing only! The space This is a VERY TINY TINY HOME! The camper is located on property in the front yard area. Parking is on the street under the tree next to the tiny home. Heating: We are currently providing a space heater to heat the camper. Please do not plug in another large heater at the moment as it will trip the breaker to the main home on the property. This is a minimalism style accommodation. Very similar to camping. Please take these notes into account when confirming a booking. Guest access Guests have 1 table and 2 chairs outside of the tiny home. Other things to note Heating: We are currently providing a tiny space heater to heat the camper. Please do not plug in another large heater at the moment as it will trip the breaker to the main home on the property. Also be informed that our Housekeeping and Maintenance team operates between the hours of 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Requests made outside these hours will require a work order and will typically be addressed within 24 hours. We provide supplies sufficient for the number of registered guests. If additional cleaning or extra supplies are needed beyond the standard provision, guests may be asked to either supply these themselves or cover the cost for the additional service. Important Notice on Personal Belongings Please note that Haute Hospitality is not responsible for any lost or forgotten items. Guests receive multiple reminders before check-out to ensure all belongings are collected. We strongly encourage you to double-check your room or apartment prior to departure. Any items left behind after check-out time will not be stored and are subject to disposal by housekeeping. We do not hold belongings or ship items back to guests.
